Head Said brings hands-free communication to the suite. Your device's front camera follows your head movement to steer a cursor; a blink, a dwell, or a switch selects. Your vocabulary and learned phrases carry across Speak-Easy, Mobile and Head Said, so it feels familiar from the first moment. The camera stream never leaves your device.
Getting going is gentle: a one-tap camera button when you're ready, and the freedom to start without the camera if a carer prefers. Sensitivity and dwell tune to your range of movement.
One shared prediction engine now powers Speak-Easy, Mobile and Head Said, so they all learn the same way and stay perfectly in step. It picks up the words and phrases you use most, and it offers related ideas too — type "drink" and you'll see coffee, tea and water. The more you talk, the better it fits the way you speak.
The suite speaks the moment you open it, using a clear voice your device already has — no setup needed to get talking. When you're ready, pick from a short list of quality voices in Settings, or set up a lifelike AI voice that can even speak when you're offline. Less hunting, more conversation.
Tuck anything you say often — your medical summary, an address, a favourite story — behind a short code like !!medical. Type the code and it expands into the full text instantly. Forgotten what you saved? Just type !! to see every shortcut you have.
Tell the suite about your world once — the people in your life, your usual breakfast, the things you can and can't eat — and the right phrases fill themselves in with your details. "Could you call my wife?" speaks her actual name. Your personal touches also rise nearer the top of your phrases and suggestions, so they're there when you need them.
Tap the orange ? in any app for a friendly quick-start tour, a deeper walkthrough when you want everything explained, and a reference you can keep beside the device. Best of all, the How do I… search now answers real goals — "give a speech", "talk with the camera", "answer yes or no" — and opens the app best suited to the job with a single tap.
The opening screen now leads with your apps. Everything else — settings, backup, updates, the tour and this page — tucks neatly behind a single ⚙ More button, so there's less to take in and the tools you came for take centre stage.
Path-Lite and Speak-Simply-Mini are tuned for phones. Swipe left or right to move between pages and paths without reaching for a button, and the opening layouts now sit in a tidy, comfortable grid even on the smallest screens.
One tap backs up everything — voices, phrases, pronunciation, the lot. A clear "last backed up" note tells you when you're due, and Send-To drops your backup straight into AirDrop, Files or iCloud. If you've been building a personal AI voice, a friendly reminder nudges you to keep a copy so it travels with you to any device.
